Between calls, your mobile tools and modern software streamline parts, notes, and estimates. By afternoon, you’re preventing a future breakdown with a thorough inspection, educating the customer on maintenance plans, and tracking service metrics to exceed your revenue goals. What you’ll tackle

• Respond to residential service and repair calls, including complex diagnostic work.
• Diagnose, repair, and fine-tune HVAC systems while building trust with homeowners.
• Spot issues early to reduce breakdowns and callbacks.
• Present multiple repair and replacement options; keep customers informed at every step.
• Educate customers on best-value solutions and service agreements.
• Own your performance metrics and push to exceed revenue targets.

What you bring

• Strong residential HVAC technical background.
• Relevant state licenses and certifications.
• Expert knowledge of safety regulations and local codes.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Fluent in English.

Physical demands & environment

To perform the duties of this job, you are regularly expected to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop hands to finger, handle controls, hear, and talk. You must be able to reach with your hands and arms, climb ladders, and work in hot/cold environments such as crawl spaces. You will regularly lift 50+ pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work—you will be outside throughout multiple seasons.
