About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing Entry Level Sales Representative to join our team. In this position, you’ll represent our clients’ products and services at in-person promotional events held inside major retail stores. Your main focus will be creating positive customer interactions, increasing product awareness, and helping drive sales in a fun, fast-paced setting.
- Interact directly with customers, answer questions, and explain product features and current promotions
- Help drive new customer sign-ups and product interest through friendly, face-to-face engagement
- Work alongside other team members to meet daily and weekly sales goals
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales strategies and product knowledge
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand positively at all times
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
- Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks or retail environments
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus but not required
- Bonuses and commission based on individual and team performance
- All employees receive a base wage — this is not a commission-only role
