Join Haven Home Care Services LLC as a Home Health Aide (HHA) in Pennington where you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide essential support and care in a warm and welcoming environment. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions as per care plans.
- Help clients with mobility and transportation needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisors.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
- Must have a valid HHA certification or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in home health care or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client care.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility in schedule.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and care practices.
- Background check and references required.
