Join a globally integrated banking organization supporting one of the most sophisticated Global Markets divisions in the industry. This team partners directly with Sales & Trading, Risk, Operations, and Enterprise Data groups to deliver stable, high-performance trading platforms and strategic data initiatives across FX, derivatives, repo, and securities products.
Operating across New York, Tokyo, and London, the team is known for its disciplined governance model, cross-regional collaboration, and deep capital markets expertise. Current initiatives include front-office production support optimization, eFX onboarding enablement, and enterprise data rationalization following a major trading platform upgrade. This is a fast-paced, front-office-aligned environment where accuracy, responsiveness, and clear communication are critical.

How You Will Make An Impact:
• Serve as a bilingual liaison (Japanese/English) between Global Markets business users and technology teams
• Support FX and derivatives trading platforms, including trade entry, pricing, booking, and lifecycle management
• Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting facilitation, and user inquiry support for Sales & Trading
• Lead discovery sessions to identify downstream system dependencies and data flows
• Map system interactions, document data lineage, and produce structured current-state and target-state architecture artifacts
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops across Front Office, IT, Architecture, and Risk stakeholders
• Support onboarding of liquidity providers and customers through API/FIX connectivity setup, certification, and validation
• Define requirements for ingestion logic, batch processing, and data reconciliation frameworks
• Oversee validation governance to ensure data parity between legacy databases and enterprise data hubs
• Coordinate migration planning, readiness assessments, and transition governance for downstream systems
Are you a proven Global Markets systems professional with deep FX expertise?
• 5–10+ years of experience supporting FX, derivatives, repo, or securities trading systems within a banking or capital markets environment
• Professional-level fluency in both Japanese and English (spoken and written) required
• Strong knowledge of FX products (Spot, Forwards, NDFs, Options, Swaps) and money market instruments (CD, CP, Time Deposits)
• Understanding of repo/reverse repo, securities trading flows, and collateral management workflows
• Experience with production support, issue investigation, and root-cause analysis in trading environments
• Proven experience gathering requirements, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and documenting system/data flows
• Familiarity with API/FIX connectivity and onboarding processes for market participants
• Knowledge of data lineage, downstream dependencies, and Golden Source architecture concepts
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and governance documentation standards
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact directly with traders and senior stakeholders
• Ability to manage cross-regional coordination across Japan, North America, and Europe
