About Us:

Medscape, a division of WebMD, develops and hosts physician portals and related mobile applications that make it easier for physicians and healthcare professionals to access clinical reference sources, stay abreast of the latest clinical information, learn about new treatment options, earn continuing medical education credits and communicate with peers.

Candidate Overview:

The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled at prioritizing tasks, and thrives in a deadline-driven environment. Strong time management and communication abilities are essential, with a focus on executing projects and timelines efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Follow Medscape processes to ensure consistent, compliant project execution.
  • Manage project timelines in Workfront, updating daily and communicating progress to Account Management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on timelines, assets, and deliverables; participate in kickoff, review, and prelaunch meetings.
  • Use Workfront reporting to track progress, follow up on delays, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Support timeline changes, ensure clear communication of client priorities, and help deliver high-quality, error-free work.
  • Maintain organized project folders and provide coverage for teammates when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of Project Management experience
  • Exposure to digital advertising, agency environments, or healthcare.
  • Experience with project coordination, traffic, or project management.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project/task management tools (Workfront or similar).

Salary range: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00
