Our client is seeking experienced Lawn and Plant Health Technician.

Compensation & Benefits
- $26.00 - $35.00 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat health issues affecting trees, shrubs, and turf, including insects and diseases.
- Safely and accurately apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other specialized treatments.
- Resist rushed, volume-focused practices by maintaining a strong emphasis on quality and safety at all times.
- Operate and respect heavily invested, top-tier company equipment.
- Engage actively in continuous education and high-level training programs provided by the company.
- Take personal pride in all work completed on site.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Lawn and/or Plant Health Technician
- A strong commitment to building a long-term career in the tree care industry.
- Dedication to stringent safety standards and professional conduct.
- Willingness to participate in paid training and ongoing education.
