RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reviewing and processing claim-related tasks while providing support services to the Association. Position may include telephone contact with claimants, attorneys, and other members of the public.
• Provide support services including data entry, generating correspondence using established templates and procedures and initial claims set up.
• Provide support services including imaging, document indexing, routing electronic documents and maintenance of all claim files.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent supplemented by two (2) years on the job training in a similar work environment
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Detail oriented
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
