Position Summary:
CAMcare Health Corporation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Internal Medicine Physician to join our team on a part-time or per diem basis . This role is ideal for a physician committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in accordance with evidence-based practices
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance with organizational standards
- Adhere to all regulatory, clinical, and organizational policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Active and unrestricted New Jersey medical license
- DEA and CDS certification (or eligibility)
- Prior experience in a community health center or FQHC setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Schedule:
- Flexible part-time and/or per diem hours based on organizational needs
