Compensation: Base Salary + Commission
Salary Range: $45,000 – $60,000 annually based on experience
Full Time - In Office Position
1SourceVideo is a leading national distributor specializing in professional video, cinema, broadcast, post-production, streaming, and audio solutions throughout North America and South America. We partner with many of the industry's top manufacturers and provide reseller-focused sales, support, and logistics solutions to dealers across the country.
We are currently seeking a motivated, energetic, and relationship-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building long-term business relationships, and has a passion for technology and the professional video industry.
This is not a cold-calling position. The role focuses on developing existing reseller relationships, increasing account engagement, driving sales activity, and promoting manufacturer product lines and solutions.
Position Overview
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining daily communication with reseller accounts, generating sales opportunities, supporting customer inquiries, and promoting company initiatives, manufacturer promotions, and new product offerings.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, professional on the phone, and comfortable managing multiple priorities throughout the day.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily outbound communication with reseller accounts primarily through phone and email correspondence.
- Consistently spend 4–5 hours daily making outbound sales and relationship-building calls to reseller accounts is a MUST
- Build and strengthen long-term reseller relationships
- Promote manufacturer product lines, promotions, and new product releases
- Follow up with reseller accounts to ensure company-supported manufacturer product lines are properly listed, maintained, and represented on reseller websites.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and sales support
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate account records, contact information, and activity notes within company systems
- Coordinate with internal departments including purchasing, accounting, operations, and management
- Manage follow-up requests and ensure timely resolution of open items
- Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced sales environment
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and company initiatives
- Maintain professionalism and strong communication at all times
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of sales or account management experience required
- Industry experience in professional video, cinema, broadcast, audio, streaming, or post-production strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office setting
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with CRM/database systems and Microsoft Office applications preferred
