️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drive our branded 1-800-GOT-JUNK? trucks to customer locations (driver’s license required)

• Remove & load unwanted items from homes, businesses, and job sites (teamwork required!)

• Deliver amazing service – We aim to WOW every customer with friendliness & professionalism

• Use your people skills to upsell services and help us hit team sales goals

• Sort responsibly – We recycle, donate, and responsibly dispose of what we collect

• Work hard, stay active, and have fun doing it!

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 21+ years old (insurance requirement for drivers)

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (last 3 years)

• Strong communication & customer service skills

• Comfortable with KPI metrics, sales goals , and performance tracking

• Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and enjoy physical work

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Schedule Options:

• Full-Time: 4–5 shifts/week (40–50 hrs)

• Part-Time: Flexible shifts available

• Shifts include morning start times and occasional weekends
