SUMMARY & MISSION

We are currently seeking full-time Bartenders for HAPPY MONKEY by Jean-Georges Jean-Georges has made culinary history and developed a reputation as remarkable as his food by tapping his deep understanding of the restaurant world and pairing it with his forward-thinking vision. Duties and Supporting Responsibilities include: Fostering and maintaining a creative, clean and organized bar Establishing the highest standard of menu knowledge and diligence of service on the floor Readiness to participate in extensive food and drink knowledge training Great communication skills and a willingness to engage with guests and team members in a professional and dignified manner Perform other job-related activities as required or assigned by Bar Manager Able to stand for a 10-12 hour shift and may be required to lift up to 20lbs. occasionally Holiday availability is required Happy Monkey is proud to be an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer.
