Job Title: Warehouse / Packaging Associate

Compensation: $18 hourly

Hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Production Worker / Warehouse Helper

Production Worker / Warehouse Helper Responsibilities:

• Assists in the manufacturing of clay pots
• Moves material to and from production area
• Assisted in warehouse, receiving and shipping areas as needed
• Helps load and unload trucks
• Provides accurate production numbers, scrap numbers, pattern size numbers and number of shots made in a particular pattern during that day’s production.
• Remove mold and place back in position
• Place quality molds on the tray for curing. Molds that are not deemed good quality must be scrapped at the machine before curing.
• Pack molds for shipping

Production Worker / Warehouse Helper Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Read, speak and write English
• Completes provided Safety training
• Drive a forklift only if he/she has had forklift training
• Shipping, kitting, unkitting, loading and unloading of trucks after being trained.
• Be able to work peacefully with other co-workers as a team member (socially compatible) and be able to take orders from their superiors.
