Pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Benefits: Available after 90 days

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Pest & Termite Service Technician & Mold remediation techs to join our team. The right candidate will be trained in multiple areas of the business, including:

• Mold remediation preparation and treatment
• Termite treatments
• General pest control services
• Wood repair and replacement of damaged wood
• Property inspections and job estimating/pricing

Most work is performed in crawlspaces , with some work in attics and other confined areas.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to and from the office
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
• Willingness to work in crawlspaces, attics, and other confined spaces
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Normal hours are 8 to 5 but may vary. SATURDAYS MAY BE REQUIRED depending on customers needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pest control license (highly preferred)
• Carpentry or wood repair experience
• Experience in pest control, termite treatment, or mold remediation

About the Position

We primarily serve real estate professionals and their clients. In addition to performing treatments and repairs, you will learn how to inspect properties, identify issues, and prepare estimates for customers.

We are willing to train the right person who is dependable, hardworking, and eager to develop new skills.

Starting Pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience and abilities.

Benefits begin after 90 days of employment. Vacation time is after a full year.
