About the Role:

CHE Behavioral is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team of dedicated professionals. Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to older adults in a compassionate and effective manner

• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

• Conduct mental health assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop appropriate interventions

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in the field
