Project Manager (Construction & Renovations)

Responsibilities:

• Construction Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee property renovations from acquisition to completion.

• Estimating & Budgeting: Accurately estimate project costs, create budgets, and monitor expenses.

• General Contracting & Flip Knowledge: Understand all aspects of property flips, including timelines, sequencing, and best practices for cost control.

• Trade Oversight: Possess a working knowledge of all trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) to ensure quality and compliance.

• Vendor & Contractor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors, leveraging your network or ability to create one.

• Timeline Management: Maintain urgency, detail, and organization to keep projects on track without sacrificing quality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a General Contracting role.

• Preferred: Direct experience in residential house flipping , with a proven track record of managing rapid-turnaround renovations.

• Strong estimating knowledge and budget management skills.

• Hands-on understanding of all trades involved in residential renovation.

• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
