Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and locating the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles.
  • Maintain an organized and well-stocked inventory of parts and accessories, ensuring that the parts department operates efficiently.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and promptly.
  • Handle incoming parts shipments, verifying quantities and ensuring proper storage.
  • Use dealership management software to track inventory levels, order parts, and manage customer information.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on parts and accessories, helping customers make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with the service and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate parts delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized parts department, adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an automotive parts department or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in using dealership management software and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy parts and equipment.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
