Loaner Coordinator/Internal Advisor
Every service professional at a OPEN ROAD retail center must excel in listening, communicating and working efficiently to Open Road’s standards.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to manage our Service Loaner Desk. This is a key position responsible for keeping customers on the road while their vehicles are being serviced.If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the loaner vehicle process from check-out to return
- Greet customers and deliver a professional, seamless experience
- Verify driver’s license, insurance, and required documentation
- Maintain accurate records of loaner agreements and vehicle availability
- Inspect vehicles before and after use for condition and cleanliness
- Keep the loaner fleet organized and ready for customers
- Handle customer questions and resolve issues quickly and professionally
