We’re currently seeking an experienced and organized Job Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations across job sites and our equipment yard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily work of field crews across active job sites

• Oversee the equipment yard, ensuring machines are maintained, organized, and ready for dispatch

• Coordinate and schedule equipment transfers to and from project locations

• Work closely with mechanics to manage maintenance schedules, repairs, and service records

• Ensure that all crews follow company safety standards and protocols on-site

• Communicate with project managers to align manpower, equipment, and resources

• Assist with site readiness, staging, and logistics planning

• Monitor job progress and provide field reporting as needed

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction or equipment operations

• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising field teams

• Familiarity with heavy equipment and machinery (excavators, loaders, etc.)

• Ability to read and understand job plans and schedules

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver's license (CDL a plus)

• OSHA 30 certification preferred
