Technical Systems & AI Automation Engineer (Part-Time)

**Please note: This position requires availability during the hours of 9AM to 5PM EST Monday-Friday.**

We are looking for a **Technical Systems & AI Automation Engineer** to help build the operating system behind our company.

Your **mission** is simple:

* Eliminate repetitive work through automation.
* You will connect software platforms, build workflows, develop internal tools, create AI-powered systems, and improve operational efficiency across every department.
* This role sits at the intersection of operations, technology, automation, AI, and software development.
* You will work directly with leadership to identify bottlenecks, design solutions, and implement systems that save time, improve accuracy, and create leverage.
* Design and build automations across our company's softwares
* Connect platforms using APIs, webhooks, and middleware
* Build workflows that eliminate manual processes
* Create automated reporting and notifications
* Improve data flow between systems
* Monitor and maintain existing automations
* Troubleshoot workflow failures and system issues

**2) Client & Employee Onboarding Automation**

* Automate client onboarding workflows
* Automate employee onboarding processes
* Create account provisioning workflows
* Build task assignment and notification systems
* Automate document collection and verification
* Create onboarding dashboards and tracking systems

**3) AI & Internal Tool Development**

* Build AI-powered workflows and assistants
* Develop internal tools that improve operations
* Create systems for content, support, reporting, and quality control
* Implement AI solutions to reduce repetitive administrative work
* Evaluate and deploy new technologies that improve efficiency

**4) Operations & Process Improvement**

* Analyze existing workflows and identify bottlenecks
* Document systems and technical processes
* Recommend improvements across departments
* Build scalable infrastructure that supports company growth
* Help leadership make operational decisions through better systems and reporting

**Compensation:** $10-20/hr.

Compensation based on experience, technical ability, systems thinking, and demonstrated results.

* Understanding of APIs, integrations, and software architecture

* GoHighLevel experience, AI tool development, Python, JavaScript, agency experience, RevOps experience, database experience, no-code/low-code platforms, hospitality industry experience.
