Grungo Law is seeking a full-time Bookkeeper with three to five years of experience in a similar or related position. Job Duties

• Input daily expenses and credit card transactions for firm and client cases.

• Review invoices and pay (via check or credit card), for firm and client cases.

• Maintain Accounts Payable and payments to vendors.

• Record and process deposits.

• Process client settlements according to the disbursement schedules.

• Manage case loans, including transfers, payments for every client expense.

• Process check requests from the firm for expenses and held funds in trust account.

• Demonstrated experience with QBO and Microsoft Office.

• Collaborate with the accountant to resolve issues or tasks as assigned.

• Other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize and multitask is an essential function of this position.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Demonstrated experience in a detail-oriented role.

• Complete familiarity and knowledge of Excel and QBO is a requirement for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior employment in a plaintiff's personal injury-based practice.

Compensation

$55,000 to $60,000 annually.
