Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Staffing Sales Manager to lead and grow our IT staffing sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staffing sales, particularly in the IT domain, with a proven track record of building client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new clients in the IT staffing space

• Identify and target key decision-makers in mid to large-sized companies

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and referrals

• Maintain existing client relationships and upsell additional staffing solutions

• Collaborate with recruiting team to ensure successful placement and client satisfaction

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Prepare regular reports and sales forecasts for leadership

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in sales within the staffing or recruitment industry (IT staffing preferred)

• Strong network of corporate clients and decision-makers in the NJ/NY area

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Understanding of industry trends and staffing processes
