The company operates as a sales and commercial organization with a lean, virtual model and is supported by shared services provided by its parent company, an established pharmaceutical R&D and manufacturing company. This structure enables efficient operations while supporting continued growth and expansion.
Job Description
* Own and deliver the full US P&L, including revenue growth, profitability, and financial forecasting
* Lead and support the sales function to drive sales performance and prescription growth * Lead and support the market access function to expand payer coverage * Develop and execute commercial strategies to grow revenue and market share * Drive expansion within institutional channels * Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and commercial performance management * Collaborate with shared services teams supporting finance, analytics, supply chain, and operations * Identify and execute opportunities to improve commercial effectiveness and business performance * Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and compliance standardsThe Successful Applicant
- 12+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience
- Proven leadership experience in branded pharmaceutical commercial roles
- Experience managing sales and market access functions
- Prior P&L ownership or business unit leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience with LTC or institutional channels preferred
- Experience in specialty pharma, branded generics, or lean commercial organizations preferred
- MBA or advanced degree preferred Ideal
