As an Account Manager, you’ll lead client relationships, manage projects from start to finish, and help shape unforgettable brand moments. You’ll also play a key role in growing business opportunities, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our clients see us as their go-to partner — not just for today, but for what’s next.
What You’ll Do:Client Leadership & Strategy
Be the main point of contact for your clients, handling day-to-day communication and execution.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and deliver marketing programs and event strategies.
Manage budgets, timelines, and expectations with precision and care.
Provide strategic insights and proactive solutions that add value and elevate the client experience.
Project Management
Oversee the execution of client trade show programs — including installation, dismantle, production, shipping, and on-site services.
Create detailed project plans, manage vendor relationships, and ensure all moving parts are aligned.
Own the documentation: work orders, schedules, briefs, and all the behind-the-scenes details that keep a program running smoothly.
Partner with venues and associations to obtain necessary approvals and ensure compliance.
Sales & Growth
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients across various levels.
Uncover new opportunities within existing accounts — and help bring in new ones.
Pitch ideas, contribute to proposals, and join in on brainstorming sessions that win business.
Financial Oversight
Track and manage client budgets, forecasts, and invoicing.
Ensure all program components are accounted for in quotes and billing.
Keep projects profitable while maintaining client satisfaction.
Team Leadership
Mentor and guide junior team members — sharing knowledge and setting a strong example.
Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, even when things move fast.
Help solve problems and resolve challenges across project teams.
3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in experiential marketing, events, or agency environments.
Passion for client service and building lasting relationships.
Strong project management skills — you know how to juggle timelines, budgets, and expectations.
Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and visual.
A solutions-oriented mindset with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and logistics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel (~20%) for client meetings, event installs, and business development.
