xHockeyProducts Pro Shops is seeking a highly motivated, and customer-focused, individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience for our Team Sales and E-Commerce customers.
Responsibilities
● Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
● Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
● Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
● Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.
● Manage the preparation and shipping of customer orders.
● Receiving and organizing incoming inventory.
● Occasional local travel to xHockeyProducts retail locations.
● Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
● Continuously improve knowledge of our offerings and industry best practices.
Qualifications
● High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
● Proven experience in a customer service role is a plus.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
● Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
● Experience with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
● Knowledge of hockey equipment is preferred but not required.
● A positive attitude and a passion for helping people.
● Valid driver’s license.
