One Step Forward ABA is seeking a dedicatedBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)to join our team servingHudson County. Your Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior and skills assessments.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
Provide direct, in-person supervision and mentorship to ABA Therapists/RBTs.
Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure progress.
What You Need:
Current BCBA certification.
Valid NJ Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)credential.
Experience providing in person supervision and developing behavior plans.
Strong clinical, communication, and collaborative skills.
