BOOKKEEPER
- Location: East Hanover, NJ
- Hours: Part-time, flexible hours (25hrs per week)
- Pay Rate: $25-$28/hr
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Bookkeeper at a reputable local travel services company in East Hanover. PrideStaff Financial is assisting them in their search for a skilled individual to manage accounts payable and accounts receivable using QuickBooks Desktop.

- Full AP processing
- Receive invoices through email and snail mail
- Save scanned invoices to files
- Code and Input invoices and attach bill
- Print checks and attach invoices to check
- Send out checks in timely manner.
- Maintain vendor files and update vendor information as needed in QB.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information
- Credit card reconciliations a plus.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable processing
- Knowledge of accounts receivable processes and procedures a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- 2+ years of QuickBooks Desktop and Excel experience
