Warehouse Worker
The Inspector Packer is responsible for visually inspecting manufactured parts coming off the production line for defects, assembling parts as needed, and packaging quality products according to policy, procedures, and ISO 9001 standards.
Responsibilities- Visually inspect manufactured parts for defects.
- Assemble parts as needed.
- Package quality products according to policy and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience in injection or blow molding is a plus.
- Good attendance record and effective problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of techniques, tools, machines, equipment, fixtures, and assembly procedures.
- Good mechanical aptitude.
- Intermediate computer skills for report generation.
- Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
- Experience with weigh scales.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical stamina and strength: ability to stand for 12 hours per shift and lift 15 to 20 lbs.
- Forklift operation.
- Inventory management.
- RF scanner usage.
- Loading experience.

Work EnvironmentThe position operates within a clean plastics manufacturing environment. Employees are protected from weather conditions, though not necessarily from temperature changes. The work involves exposure to noise, requiring communication above ambient levels, and various physical conditions like proximity to moving mechanical parts and exposure to oils and other cutting fluids. Light work is expected, with exertion up to 20 pounds occasionally.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.35/hr.
