• Looking For: Sit-Down Forklift Operators (Counter Balance and/or Cherry-Picker) for 1st & 2nd Shift
• Equipment Brand : Toyota
• 1st Shift: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 pm-12:00 a.m..
• Payrate : $18.50/Hour

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sit-Down Forklift Operators to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse distribution and materials handling, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of forklifts and other heavy equipment. This role is crucial for maintaining the flow of goods within our facility, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Duties

• Operate Sit-Down Forklifts & Pallet Jacks to load and unload materials and products.
• Perform order picking using RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory management.
• Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functionality and report any mechanical issues.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.
• Participate in heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring safe handling of materials.
• Support the implementation of warehouse management systems for efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 3 + years Operating a Sit-Down Forklift, RF Scanner, & Pallet Jack
• Familiarity with order picking processes and shipping & receiving procedures.
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate various types of heavy equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
