Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

- Complete administrative tasks pertained to Lead role including preparing daily activities for social skills program
- Report to the Center Administrator
- RBTs provide intensive one-on-one therapy to children with ASD.
- Implement behavior acquisition and behavior reduction plans.
- Conduct stimulus preference assessments.
- Collect data using Central Reach
- Maintain client's program book.
- Develop/create teaching materials.
- Provide basic care to the clients (e.g., toileting, eating)
- Discuss client's daily progress with parents/caretakers.
- Work with BCBA to implement individualized goals and checklists.
- Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients.
- Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients.
- Maintain technical and professional knowledge with continuing education.
- Central Reach experience is preferred
- Oversee RBTs in clinic setting to ensure quality of care
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid/unexpired RBT Certification is required
- At least one year with an Active RBT Certification
- Reliability- ability to work a consistent schedule throughout the week.
- To complete the physical demands of the job (frequently sitting and standing, sitting on and getting up from the floor, kneeling, bending, and running with children) you must be able to: Stand and move for at least 75% of the day; lift, push, pull up to 40 pounds.
