What You’ll Do:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep across the property. Tasks include:

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical issues, and appliances.



• Perform routine maintenance work such as painting, carpentry, and drywall repair.



• Respond promptly to resident service requests.



• Ensure common areas and grounds are clean, safe, and maintained.



• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking dependable professionals with strong technical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in apartment or residential maintenance.



• Solid knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.



• High school diploma or GED.



• Full-time availability, including ability to be on-call.



• Strong communication and customer service skills.



• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.



• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
