Job Summary
We are seeking a Fron t Desk Supervisor to join our team at a busy bowling center! As a Front Desk Supervisor you will be greeting customers, assisting them in choosing their bowling experience and collecting money. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and is comfortable working with other staff and helping wherever needed.
* Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Shits range from 12pm - 12am.* Must have your own transportation to get to and from work.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they arrive
- Take payments
- Direct customers to lanes
- Assist customers with any issues
- Supervise other employees to ensure facility is running smoothly
- Opening and/or closing procedures
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time
