Survey Instrument Operator

We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Instrument Operator to join our growing team. What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with the Crew Chief to complete boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction stakeout surveys.
• Operate total stations, GPS equipment, and data collectors with accuracy and care.
• Maintain and calibrate survey instruments.
• Keep detailed field notes and assist with data collection and processing.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in land surveying
• Familiarity with total stations, GPS units, and digital data collection tools.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Ability to take direction and work well in a team setting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with Trimble, Leica, or Topcon equipment.
• Prior construction or civil infrastructure experience.
• Interest in growing into a Crew Chief or Survey Technician role.
