Senior Full-stack Development Engineering Advisor

What does a successful Senior Full-stack Development Engineering Advisor do at Fiserv?

At Fiserv, we are committed to advancing financial services technology to better serve our clients. As a Senior Full-stack Development Engineering Advisor, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of top-notch software applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic solutions that align with our business goals and meet client needs.

What you will do:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications that align with Fiserv's business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform advanced coding, testing, and debugging of applications using Spring, Microservices, and Kafka to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases while leading peer review processes.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers and team members.

What you will need to have:

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• 5+ years of experience in Java, C, C#, C++, or similar programming languages.
• 5+ years of experience in SQL databases, Spring, Microservices, Kafka.
• 5+ years of experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP services.
• BS in Computer Science and/or equivalent military experience.

What would be great to have:

• 5+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience in the financial services industry.

Salary Range

$146,000.00 - $244,800.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company’s sole discretion.
