About the Role

We’re looking for a Head of Brand and Communication leader to establish ThreatModeler as the leading voice in Secure by Design and AI-powered threat modeling. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping how the market understands our category, building our brand, and creating the thought leadership that positions ThreatModeler as the trusted authority for enterprise security leaders.

You’ll partner closely with executive leadership, Product, and Sales to define our brand strategy, elevate our market presence, and develop programs that increase awareness, influence, and customer trust. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape both the function and the company’s long-term market position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Own & evolve ThreatModeler’s brand strategy, ensuring consistent positioning and messaging across every customer touchpoint.
• Build and execute an integrated content strategy spanning thought leadership, research, customer stories, video, social media, and executive communications.
• Develop and amplify executive thought leadership by partnering with company leaders on LinkedIn, speaking opportunities, podcasts, and industry events.
• Lead our PR & industry influence strategy, including media relations, awards, influencer partnerships, and speaking opportunities.
• Lead the development of original research, frameworks, and market insights that establish ThreatModeler as the authority on Secure by Design.
• Own our organic growth strategy across SEO, AI search optimization (AEO), website content, and evergreen content programs.
• Build & grow customer advocacy, community, and employee advocacy programs that strengthen engagement and amplify the ThreatModeler brand.
• Define & execute our social media strategy, increasing executive visibility, brand awareness, and engagement with technical and executive audiences.
• Measure & optimize brand awareness, organic performance, share of voice, and content effectiveness to continuously improve market impact.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Brand & Content team as the company grows.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or AI security marketing with a strong focus on brand, content, or communications.
• Proven track record of building executive thought leadership and growing brand awareness within a high-growth technology company.
• Experience developing integrated content strategies across research, editorial, social media, PR, video, and customer storytelling.
• Strong understanding of SEO, organic growth strategies, AI search optimization, and modern content marketing best practices.
• Exceptional storytelling, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives.
• Comfortable operating as both a strategy leader and a hands-on building in a fast-moving environment.
