The Floor/Host/Service Manager plays a key role in leading front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth guest flow, and maintaining high service standards. This position is responsible for managing host and service teams, optimizing guest seating, and delivering exceptional hospitality. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about guest satisfaction.
Requirements:Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality experience: Dedicate oneself to delivering GREAT guest service, consistently going above and beyond for both guests and team members.
- Team Leadership & Development: Supervise host and service staff, support training efforts, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Guest Flow Management: Oversee guest seating, waitlist coordination, and table turnover to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Service Execution: Ensure consistent service standards across all shifts, including opening, mid, and closing procedures.
- Conflict Resolution: Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for positive experiences.
- Facility Oversight: Monitor cleanliness, ambiance, and readiness of the dining area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Compliance & Safety: Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards, and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Support Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with management to implement promotions, service enhancements, and operational improvements.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Minimum 1–2 years of front-of-house restaurant management experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Commitment to hospitality excellence and continuous improvement.
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
