Oracle HCM Business Systems Analyst
Kforce has a client in need of an Oracle HCM Business Systems Analyst in Jersey City, NJ. Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR business stakeholders to understand business processes, identify system needs, and define functional requirements
- Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Collaborate with offshore technical and configuration teams to clarify requirements and support solution design and implementation
- Support functional testing activities, including system testing, UAT, and production readiness
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovative system solutions within Oracle Fusion HCM
- Serve as a collaborative team member within a global delivery model
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or enhancements
- Strong functional knowledge of one or more Oracle Fusion HCM modules
- Experience working with offshore or distributed development teams
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to think creatively, analyze complex requirements, and propose effective system solutions
