Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts, color services, styling, and treatments to clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to deliver personalized services that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:
• Provide haircuts, color treatments, and styling services based on client preferences and current trends.
• Offer professional advice on hair care, styling products, and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and products.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service and customer relationships.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good working condition.
• Manage appointment schedules and ensure timely service delivery.
• Follow salon policies and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and services.

Qualifications:
• Valid cosmetology license (as required by local regulations).
• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
• Expertise in cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Knowledge of hair care products and treatments.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for beauty and fashion.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and ensure their satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with advanced techniques (e.g., balayage, keratin treatments, etc.).
• Already has their own clientele.
• Sales experience with hair products or retail.
