Our client, a trusted supplier of industrial maintenance services, is seeking a motivated and versatile HR Manager to support our growing workforce and help shape the future of human resources.
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Guided by their core values of family, safety, trust, and fairness, the privately held, people-first company supports petroleum, chemical, power, manufacturing, food, healthcare, and warehouse facilities with expert maintenance and repair solutions.
In an era where many industries face disruption, the hands-on industrial services they provide remain irreplaceable. In short, the company performs the kind of work AI cannot replicate.
COMMITTMENT
Our client believes in supporting their team members not only in their professional roles but also in their lives outside of work. With a family-first culture and a collaborative work environment, they ensure their employees feel valued, supported, and empowered.
AS HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER, YOU WILL ENJOY
Competitive Compensation:
- This role offers a starting salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus profit sharing.
Comprehensive Benefits Package:
- Medical (AETNA), dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, plus a robust 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
Flexible Work Environment:
- A hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week, balancing collaboration with focused work-from-home time.
Growth & Leadership Opportunity:
- Join at a pivotal moment. You will serve as the primary HR professional today, with the opportunity to build, refine, and later lead the function as the company expands.
Family-First Culture:
- They understand the importance of family obligations and work together to create an environment where personal commitments can be honored.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As HR Manager, you will lead and deliver HR programs that support the company’s continued growth while serving as a trusted advisor to leadership and a valued resource for employees. You will oversee the full spectrum of HR responsibilities including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, HRIS administration, benefits, and organizational development. Working closely with the Directors of Finance, Operations, and Sales, you will help develop practical people strategies that support business objectives while strengthening the company culture and reinforcing the core values of family, safety, trust, and fairness.
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced HR professional who enjoys balancing day-to-day HR responsibilities with strategic initiatives.
