Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Job Description
Job Description
Job Summary
Honeysuckle Haven is a growing, inclusive private practice established in 2023. We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to join our expanding team as an independent contractor. This role involves providing high-quality therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for exceptional, fully licensed therapists who want to focus on providing excellent care—without the stress of managing a solo practice. Clinicians will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our in-house psychiatric nurse practitioner for medication management, allowing for comprehensive, coordinated care for our clients.
While this is currently a contract (1099) position, as we grow, we plan to introduce additional benefits such as paid time off (PTO), health insurance, and more. There will also be the option to transition to a W-2 employee role for those who prefer that structure as new benefits are implemented.
