Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
• Engage with guests and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Answer phones promptly and handle inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Maintain knowledge of our restaurant's to-go options, allergy protocols, and other important information to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
• Manage restaurant reservations according to established standards.
• Keep accurate and detailed notes on guest reservations.
• Seat guests efficiently while managing the seating chart and server sections.
• Recognize and cater to the preferences of regular and VIP guests.
• Communicate relevant guest information to managers, kitchen staff, and servers.
• Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and other scheduled employee gatherings.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
• Support team members and other departments with tasks such as cleaning, stocking, and silverware folding.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in work areas and public spaces.
• Uphold confidentiality regarding guest, employee, and company information.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong time management skills.
• Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 10lbs frequently and 25lbs occasionally.
• Flexibility to bend, squat, crawl, and reach above shoulder level.
