**Position Title:** Warehouse Picker/Packer **Overview** **We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Team Member to perform a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. This position focuses on inventory handling, order preparation, returns processing, and supporting overall warehouse productivity in accordance with company standards.** **Key Responsibilities** + Execute daily tasks including picking, packing, receiving shipments, and assembling products. + Use modern tools and systems to efficiently manage incoming goods and returns. + Provide assistance across different areas of the warehouse as needed. + Perform inventory checks using handheld scanners and internal software. + Report task completion to supervisors or team leads promptly. + Keep workstations clean and organized at the end of each shift. + Ensure all scheduled orders are completed before leaving for the day. + Rotate through various warehouse zones based on workload and staffing requirements. **Core Skills** + Strong verbal and written communication abilities. + High attention to detail and accuracy. + Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. + Proven time management and ability to meet deadlines. + Comfortable lifting up to 45 lbs. on a regular basis. + Physically capable of bending, twisting, and lifting 40-50 lbs. throughout the shift **Why Join Us?** Start immediately with a steady, predictable schedule in a supportive environment. **Work Setting** This role is based in a modern, well-maintained warehouse with occasional exposure to varying temperatures.
