ResponsibilitiesGuide and support our sales staff in achieving their individual and collective performance goals.
Cultivate and expand our client base throughout Evesham and the surrounding region.
Develop strategic sales plans that align with our long-term growth objectives.
Maintain strong relationships with underwriters and insurance carriers to ensure competitive offerings for our clients.
Analyze sales metrics regularly to refine our approach and improve client satisfaction.
Participate in local community events to build our brand presence and connect with potential policyholders.
RequirementsActive Property & Casualty Insurance License in New Jersey.
Five or more years of direct insurance sales experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a sales team effectively.
Advanced knowledge of commercial and personal lines coverage.
Experience managing high-volume client accounts.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Professional certification such as CIC or CPCU is a plus.
