As a Compliance Risk Management Lead covering the Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) line of business, you will partner with AWM and firmwide Compliance, Conduct, and Operational Risk (CCOR) leads and stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement opportunities to enhance governance, and strengthen compliance risk management capabilities. Additionally, you will be tasked with improving operational effectiveness, accelerating the adoption of AI, analytics, automation, and other emerging technologies across AWM CCOR practice areas. Your key practice areas will include management reporting, legal and regulatory change management, document governance, compliance education and communications and other CCOR framework initiatives.
Job Responsibilities

- Partner with the AWM CCOR Document Manager to enhance document governance processes, stakeholder communications, workflow efficiency, reporting capabilities, and technology adoption across the document lifecycle.
- Partner across CCOR, Data & Analytics, Technology, and practice-area leads to transform compliance data, including insights from compliance violation frameworks, into actionable risk intelligence that informs targeted employee education, supports risk mitigation measures, and improves visibility into key risk themes and drivers.
- Support continuous improvement of management reporting processes, including weekly executive management updates and monthly Business Control Committee materials across AWM and its sub-LOBs, by improving reporting coordination, streamlining preparation workflows, strengthening data consistency, and identifying opportunities for automation, analytics, and AI-enabled enhancements.
