Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 / Year

40 HOURS GUARANTEED! MONDAY - FRIDAY + OT POTENTIAL

CLIMATE CONTROLLED (HEAT & A/C) SHOP!

What Our Technicians Do?

• Conduct inspections to identify worn parts and necessary services.
• Use diagnostic tools, scan equipment, and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues.
• Repair services ranging from minor items such as oil changes, brakes, suspension, steering, cooling, exhaust, tune-ups and fuel systems all the way up to major repair services such as timing belts, internal engine repairs, engine assembly swaps, transmission assembly swaps, driveability / performance concerns, advanced electrical repairs and reprograming modules.
  
• Document all repairs and services performed in compliance with dealership/manufacturer standards.
• Maintain high standards for quality and safety on all work completed.
• Collaborate with other technicians on advanced repairs and continue developing diagnostic skills.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Typically 35 years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Skills:
  • Solid understanding of automotive systems (engine, transmission, brakes, steering, suspension, HVAC, and electrical).
  • Ability to perform a wide range of mechanical repairs with minimal supervision.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools and scan equipment.
• Other Requirements:
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.

Performance Expectations

• Complete work efficiently within flagged labor times.
• Accurately diagnose and repair common vehicle concerns with minimal rework.
• Progress toward advanced diagnostic training and certifications.
• Maintain strong communication with service advisors and team members.
