About the Role

We're growing our Test Technician team at our Secaucus, NJ facility and are seeking dependable, detail-oriented technicians to support system testing and troubleshooting on leading-edge technology products. This hands-on role is ideal for people with a passion for hardware, an eye for quality, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect, and prepare computer hardware for testing.
• Execute test scripts and procedures to validate system performance.
• Identify, isolate, and document hardware and software issues; escalate as needed.
• Track and report test results, repairs, and process improvements.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and ESD-controlled work area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily output goals.

Required Background

• Education: Technical school diploma, IT certification (e.g., CompTIA A+/Network+), associate's degree in a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience:
  • Recent graduates with relevant coursework welcome, or
  • At least 1 year of work experience in hardware repair, assembly, IT support, or helpdesk.
• Technical Skills:
  • Computer hardware assembly and repair
  • Troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in a production/test floor environment
