EMM Loans is looking for a creative, strategic, and digitally driven marketing professional to join our growing team as a Mortgage Marketing Digital Media & Content Manager .

You’ll work directly with leadership, collaborate across departments, leverage cutting-edge AI marketing technologies, and play a key role in elevating the EMM Loans brand nationwide.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of the marketing team, you’ll partner closely with the VP of Marketing to execute high-impact digital and content initiatives designed to drive growth, engagement, recruiting, and brand visibility.

Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and execute engaging digital marketing and content strategies across social media, web, email, print, and paid campaigns
• Create compelling mortgage and lifestyle content tailored for borrowers, referral partners, recruiting initiatives, and loan officers
• Manage and grow company social media channels through strategic campaigns, content calendars, and audience engagement
• Support SEO and website optimization efforts through high-performing blog, landing page, and campaign content
• Enhance website pages and marketing assets with a strong focus on conversion and user experience
• Track and analyze performance metrics including website traffic, SEO rankings, social engagement, and campaign ROI
• Utilize AI-powered marketing tools and emerging technologies to streamline content creation, reporting, and campaign performance
• Collaborate with leadership, sales teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders on strategic marketing initiatives and brand campaigns
