Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a travel Physical Therapist assignment in Freehold, NJ at an outpatient facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location. This role involves treating adults with orthopedic, neurologic, and gait/balance diagnoses and working within an outpatient therapy environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active NJ Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience, including treatment of orthopedic conditions, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, multiple sclerosis, and gait/balance dysfunction.
• Experience treating at least 9 cases per day in an outpatient setting.
• EPIC electronic medical record experience required.
• BLS certification required.
• Must be fully vaccinated, including COVID booster.
• Will accept first-time travelers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with adult outpatient populations across a range of diagnoses.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 08:30 - 18:30.
• Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts.
• No call, no weekends, no holidays.
• RTLS badge may be required; badge cost $37.50 and facility attestation applies if issued.
