Job Purpose
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Financial Officer and the broader finance leadership team. This role ensures the smooth functioning of financial operations by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling confidential communications. The EA acts as a strategic partner, anticipating needs and enabling the CFO to focus on high-impact priorities.
What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
Manage complex calendars, including scheduling across time zones and prioritizing conflicting demands.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including board and investor sessions.
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from key meetings.
Draft, proofread, and manage confidential communications on behalf of the CFO.
Serve as a liaison between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders, including senior leadership, auditors, and financial institutions.
Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and visa processing.
Process expense reports and ensure compliance with financial policies.
Assist in preparing presentations, financial reports, and briefing materials.
Support special projects such as budget planning, quarterly reviews, and M&A activities.
Manage purchase orders (POs) and liaise with procurement and finance teams for approvals
Handle sensitive financial and personnel information with the utmost confidentiality.
Maintain awareness of organizational dynamics and act as a trusted advisor to the CFO.
Experiences & Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bachelor’s in business administration or similar
5+ years of experience
Proven experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in a finance or corporate environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and financial systems (e.g., SAP).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Financial literacy or background in finance/accounting is a plus.
Experience with PO processing and budget tracking.
Familiarity with corporate governance and compliance protocols.
Pay Transparency
The pay range for this position is $71,000 to $106,600. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
