As a Retail Banker , youll be the face of the branch greeting customers with enthusiasm, providing personalized banking solutions, and ensuring each interaction reflects the Banks commitment to service excellence. Youll handle a variety of responsibilities, from account openings and transactions to product recommendations and customer support.

• Deliver world-class customer service by proactively engaging clients and understanding their financial needs.
• Open new accounts and assist customers with deposits, loans, and other financial products.
• Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and wire transfers.
• Promote banking solutions such as savings accounts, loans, and digital banking tools to meet customer goals.
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements, including BSA and KYC standards.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support branch business growth and referrals.
• Follow up with customers through periodic calls and meetings to build long-term relationships.
• Participate in training programs to stay up to date on products, technology, and compliance topics.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (business focus preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or sales.
• Skills:
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of retail banking procedures and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using digital banking technology.
  • Self-motivated and sales-oriented, with a passion for helping customers achieve their goals.
