Maintenance Machine Operator
Location: Rahway, NJ
Pay Rate: $23-24 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:00AM - 6:30PM (long weekends!)
- Operate and oversee the casing-in line book binding machine
- Maintain consistent machine output and strive to increase productivity
- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance to minimize downtime
- Ensure the final product meets company quality standards
- Monitor materials and supplies related to machine operations
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding progress and issues
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Maintenance and repair of bindery machinery
- Mechanically inclined
- Machine operating experience
- Experience troubleshooting equipment
- Experience performing maintenance functions on equipment
- High School Diploma or GED
